Welcome
Welcome virtual travelers, you have reached the blog of Nitewalkar. I am a gaming enthusiast who has been shredding through the gaming industry’s top titles since 1990. Since November 22, 2005 I have been captivated by all things Xbox, 360 that is. I have decided to initiate this blog of mine so that I may have a voice. It is in hopes that perhaps one developer will read and consider a review, or an opinion on a given title, or in-game mechanic.
I have been plagued by some of the same issues faced by Next-Gen console gamers since the dawn of Next-Gen and release of the Xbox 360. Some of the most recent, blockbuster titles have been no different, and have posed the same old problems to gamers. For example, lets consider spawn camping. From Unreal Tournament and Quake 2, all the way to Halo: Reach and Call of Duty: Black Ops it has been a consistent thorn in the side of millions of gamers.
Check out my solutions and opinions about this and dozen’s of other topics here in my blog. As well, read my reviews of some of the latest games and accessories. Check out tips for achievement success. Comment, debate, and discuss with me the things that developers are never willing to discuss openly with us gamers. From triumphs to flaws, from the ordinary to the extraordinary. Read along as I post my thoughts on my own gaming experiences and adventures in an effort to improve our gaming industry as a whole. From core game mechanics that have been accepted, yet routinely cause negative experiences during gameplay. To the design and functionality of console dashboards.
I cannot be alone in believing that no one has gotten it completely right yet, and I sure as hell am not alone in pursuit of the game or console that I can truly call flawless. The main difference between myself and the majority of those seeking this elusive goal is that they strive to make it so they can sell it, I strive to have it made so I can buy it. I am not a reviewer, or a promoter, I make no profit from any statement or entry. I am the end consumer.
So feel free to check out my archives, browse the categories, link to the latest posts page and check back often. Here’s the scoop from a life long video game consumer.
Sincerely,
Nitewalkar
